The house at Millknock Farm is available to rent for holidays year round, and with off-peak weeks starting from €550 for up to 12 people, which works out at just €6.55 per person per night, you will struggle to find better value self-catering holiday accommodation anywhere in Wexford, or even in Ireland!

Discounts are available on the rates below for smaller groups or families that would like to enjoy a holiday with the extra space on offer at the farmhouse. Please contact us for details.

This house is not available to rent through any agency; you are renting direct from the owners, with no commission to pay, which means you are always getting the best possible deal on your self-catering holiday accommodation.

The minimum rental period is two nights. The rental period runs from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure, unless prior permission has been obtained. A non-refundable deposit of €100 per week (or part thereof) being booked is required to secure your holiday booking. The balance is payable on arrival, along with a refundable security deposit of €20 per adult (minimum €100) (see terms & conditions). We regret credit/debit cards cannot be accepted. Payment is by cash, cheque, postal order, or bank transfer only.

All prices are excluding electricity, which is paid for with a coin meter, and is charged at the current unit rate (17.9 cent/unit on the 1/Mar/17).

€6.42 per person per night is based on twelve people sharing the house for seven nights. This is not the rate used to calculate prices.
